How to get to the Physics Department

Take minibus No 507 on the Pivdenniy (South) exit. You can also take minibuses No 458, 726 near the MacDonald Cafe close to the Central Railway Station exit. Go out of the minibus at the stop "Expocentre of Ukraine". The University Physics Department is 2 min walking distance from the bus stop.

Metro+Bus:: (~ 1,70 UAH + 2 UAH)
Take metro Red line direction “Lisova”. Change to Blue line at “Khreschatyk” station direction “Lubidska”. Go out of the metro at the stop “Lubidska” (end of the line). Kyiv metro map you can see here.

Take minibus No 507, 84, 548,172, 11, 12 or trolley bus № 2, 4, 11, 12. Go out at the stop “Expocentre of Ukraine”. The University Physics Department is 2 min walking distance from the stop.

From the main Kyiv bus station:

Cross the road towards the Dymiyivskiy market. Take minibus No 507, 84, 548,172, 12 or trolley bus № 1, 2, 4, 12 direction “Expocentre of Ukraine”. Go out at the stop “Expocentre of Ukraine” (Vystavka). The University Physics Department is 2 min walking distance from the stop.

Note!

The Registration Desk at physics department is opened from 8:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m. Please, inform us in case of early or late arrival. In that case You should go straight to the hotel which is 2 kilometres prom the physics department.

From the physical faculty:

By bus No 12: (~ 2 UAH)
Take minibus No 12 direction “Lybids’ka” metro station. Go out at the stop National University. The main building of the University is straight across the road. Allow about 1 hour for a trip.

By bus No 11: (~ 2 UAH)
Take minibus No 11 direction “Lybids’ka” metro station. Go out at the stop “Ploscha L’va Tolstoho” (end of the line) and walk following the signs here in order to get to the University Main building. Allow about 1 hour 15 min for a trip.

Metro + bus: (~1,70 UAH + 2 UAH)
Take minibus No 80, 84, 548, 172, 444, 11, 12 or trolley bus № 2, 4, 11, 12, 11 direction “Lybids’ka” metro station. Go out of the minibus at the stop “Metro Lybidska”.

Take metro at “Lybidska” station. Go out of the metro at the stop “Ploscha L’va Tolstoho” and walk following the signs here in order to get to the University Main building. Kyiv metro map you can see here. Allow about 40 min for a trip.

From the hotel:

Metro + bus: (~1,70 UAH + 2 UAH)
Take minibus No 38, 84, 172 direction “Lybids’ka” metro station. Go out of the minibus at the stop “Metro Lubidska”.

Take metro at “Lubidska” station. Go out of the underground at the stop “Ploscha L’va Tolstoho” and walk following the instructions here in order to get to the University Main building. Kyiv metro map you can see here. Allow about 40 min for a trip.

From other places:

It is quite convenient to use metro around the city. You may leave metro either at “University” station (Red line) or at “Ploscha L’va Tolstoho” station (Blue line) here. Then walk following the instructions in order to get to the University Main building.
