Abstracts

Authors should comply abstracts according to the guidelines given below. All abstracts should be submitted in MS Word-97-2003 format via online electronic submission form available for registered participants. HOW TO SUBMIT ABSTRACTS

Abstract registration and uploading procedure:

  1. REGISTER if you are not registered. You will have your own login and password, keep them secret -- it is your key to abstract submission and hotel reservation.
  2. LOGIN to the conference site: click "Login" in upper-right corner of current web-page. Your login will be displayed in upper-right corner.

  3. As you login left-pane menu changes and you will see "User menu" there. Click on "Submit Abstracts".
  4. You will see the main abstracts page. All you registered abstracts are displayed here. The actual abstract submission is performed in the next two steps.
  5. First, register your abstracts. Press "Add abstract" button. You need to indicate all the authors of a report including yourself.
  6. Second, upload your abstract file. Abstract file size should be less than 500 Kb. Please, use JPEG compressed image format if you abstract contains illustration.
  7. Upon successfully abstract registration you will be redirected to the whole list of your registered reports including the new one.
  8. Logout (click in upper-right corner of the current web-page). You or somebody else can delete your abstracts by mistake if you do not logout after the procedure.

*You can also edit or delete your reports by clicking EDIT or DELETE buttons respectively. The abstract file must be re-uploaded after editing or deleting.

!!! Go to step (3) in order to register more abstracts, do NOT press built-in BACK or FORWARD buttons of your web-browser.

Insert double spacing after the address and begin the text without indenting. To preserve the same style in all the contributions, please use the given specifications. Margins should be: left, right – 2 cm, top, bottom – 2,5 cm. The text-lettering-size should be 10 pt with single spacing. The maximum width of the text in the original should not exceed 17 cm. The character font should be "Times New Roman" in the whole document. 

Do not type the word abstract or similar as the heading or at the beginning of your abstract. Do not underline either the title or the authors. 

The abstract may contain figures (type size in figures must be not less than 10 pt, line thickness not less than 1 pt), tables and equations. All illustrative materials should be numbered according to their sequence in the text. Each illustration should be accompanied by a caption. Please use Mathtype to insert equations. References should be cited in the text by square brackets, e.g. [1].

The abstract should not exceed 300 words in length (including figures, tables, references) and should be submitted in MS-Word 97-2003 format before the abstract submission deadline.
